Job Title: Painter & Decorator

Location: Birmingham office, but based on Site Covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Worcester

As a skilled Painter & Decorator based in Birmingham areas you already have the knowledge and experience you need to be excellent at your trade and understand the positive impact you can have on your customers. An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience working as a dedicated Painter and Decorator
• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates, who have internal and external decorating experience
• A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, minimum level 2
• The work will be within the Social Housing Sector so experience in this sector is desirable
• Working in both occupied and void properties
• Working outside covering the external areas of the buildings
• Working from job tickets daily
• Trusted to hit your targets weekly and manage workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

About You

The successful Painter and Decorator will possess a Painting qualification with the ability to work across multiple sites, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. We have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious as we are.
