• Basic Salary up to £20/hr (£45,000) depending on experience / qualifications
• Plus Performance/Efficiency related bonus
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Flexible Start / Finish times
• 42.5 / 45 hours per week
• ATA Training Provider

Are you a skilled and passionate automotive paint sprayer looking for an exciting opportunity with a market-leading company? Due to a recent expansion, my client is now looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join their team in Corby, Northamptonshire as an Automotive Paint Sprayer.

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a big role in transforming damaged vehicles into stunning works of art. Your expertise in paint application and finishing will contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal and quality of our vehicles. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your interest in getting things right first time to maximise everyone’s efficiency bonus.

Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:

• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Running your own spray booth.
• Ensure smooth and even coverage, while paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal paint application.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Checking the paint job is acceptable to refit.

Requirements to apply to this role:

• NVQ or ATA qualification (The company are happy support renewing these for you.)
• You will have experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, ideally from an automotive repair background
• Someone who pays close attention to detail.
