Established in 1987, Sanko Gosei UK is a first tier supplier in the automotive industry, producing both interior and exterior moulded, assembled and painted components, we currently have a recruitment need at our state of the art robotic paint plant Sanko Technical Coatings for Paint Plant Operatives:

Job Role:

  • To produce parts to given quality standards whilst achieving maximum efficient production.

Duties to be performed:

  • Processing parts through the manufacturing production line.
  • Stacking products for delivery to the line.
  • Safely hanging of parts on the line.
  • Loading jigs.
  • Masking parts.
  • Cleaning of parts before spray.
  • Accurately checking quality of parts before/after the paint process.
  • Palletising/moving product using pump trucks.
  • Putting away of parts into designated locations.
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Adhering to the concept of lean and 5S manufacturing.
  • Completing documentation fully, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Working to tight deadlines and meeting company production targets.
  • General housekeeping.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • No specific academic qualifications are required as training will be given.
  • Experience of working within a paint plant environment is preferred.

Hours of Work:

1400 - 2200 (Mon-Fri)

Rest Breaks:

During a full shift there shall be a half hour unpaid luncheon break in addition to a 10-minute unpaid rest period to be taken at regular intervals throughout the shift or as production demands.

Overtime:

On completion of your full contracted hours any overtime worked will be x 1.5.

Benefits:
