Overview

Primarily focused on the delivery of paid search and paid social campaigns for Bigg’s Direct Clients, the Paid Advertising Manager is responsible for tactical delivery across all elements of Bigg’s advertising products.

Reporting into the Head of Product & the Operations Director, the Paid Advertising Manager holds accountability for evaluating and optimising all paid campaigns using data and analytics tools, and providing impactful reporting on applicable paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the tactical delivery of Paid campaigns
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective setup, management and execution of campaigns
  • Implementing and tracking the timely reporting of campaigns
  • Proactively assisting in the ongoing evolution of paid search methodologies and applicable training within the team
  • Monitoring and managing paid budgets and spend with Head Of Product, Client Services and Finance stakeholders
  • Working with Bigg’s Graphic Designer & Content Team, directing the creation of any assets required for adverts
  • Collaborating with Client Services Manager to protect overall campaign health and performance, identifying areas of improvement
  • Collaborating with Product and Development teams to increase product knowledge and impart insights for product iteration and growth
  • Supporting Sales and Client Services in the ongoing evolution of campaigns in relation to advertising thought leadership and knowledge-sharing
  • Supporting Client Services on calls/meetings for Key Accounts, providing additional insight and support for clients where necessary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing successful PPC campaigns
  • Ability to deliver effective paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.
  • Experience in managing campaign budgets of min. £20,000/month
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel Event Setup
  • Experience in using reporting tools to analyse results and optimise campaigns eg. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills
  • Up to date Google Ads Certifications
  • Previous agency experience is desirable, but not necessary

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently we’re operating at 50% in office and 50% working from home, which is controlled by a rota. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office initially whilst undergoing training.
