About The Role

Supported by our experienced theatre manager, Heidi you will provide the highest standard of care and safety for patients in the operating theatre suite and PACU (post anaesthetic care unit). You will be competent in all aspects of clinical practice within PACU including maintaining clinical observation of patients, assisting junior staff in the assessment of patients and ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.
As an NMC registered Nurse or an HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner, you will have recent clinical experience gained in a PACU environment alongside sound infection prevention and control knowledge. Just as important is your desire to develop and learn in the role, your communication skills and your ability to support junior staff.
