PA To The Executive Chairman Required

We have a great opportunity for a highly organised individual to support the Executive Chairman with day-to-day duties.

The successful candidate will gain a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Hours of Work and Pay
  • £10.57 - £11.53 Per Hour Depending upon Experience
  • Monday to Thursday 00am - 17.00pm
  • Friday 30am - 14.30pm
Job Role
  • Procurement Management & Analysis
  • Material pricing
  • Internal Sales and marketing duties
  • Organising of travel, visas, and accommodation
  • Screening of phone calls and dealing with queries where necessary.
  • Maintaining diaries -appointments etc.
  • Dealing incoming emails, faxes and post
  • Background research
  • Supporting the chairman to ensure he is fully prepared for meetings etc
  • Other adhoc duties.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in an office / admin environment
  • PA Experience
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Proven effective communication skills
  • Able to use own initiative
