Job Title:Production Supervisor
Shift Pattern: Continental
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00, 18:00-06:00) on a two-week rotation of days and nights with every other weekend off
Salary: £31,278.29 including shift allowance

If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you here at Refresco Nelson as we are looking for new team members to join our production team as a Production Supervisor.
About the Role
As a Production Supervisor you will:
  • Lead a Production Team to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment, fulfilling the production plan requirements and always demonstrating an audit ready production environment.
  • Drive the performance of the process function and/or operation of product equipment/machinery and packaging equipment/machinery including fault finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities to maximise OEE performance.
  • Audit all monitoring systems required by the Company to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and identifying and implementing corrective actions.
  • Work as a key member of the Production Leadership Team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.

You will:
  • Have previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Be focused on driving performance within a team and maintaining excellent standards against Safety, Quality, People, Delivery and Cost.
  • Be an experienced team leader who is passionate about building a highly skilled and motivated team around you.
  • Have the ability to develop good working relationships with other departments.
  • Have good IT skills.
  • Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
  • Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
  • Be comfortable working to targets.
