DOTTS are looking for a trainer and assessor to join the team ????????

We are a small team, effectively starting 2 years ago, with aspirations to grow and scale the business. Our culture and ethos is at the heart of everything we do, so the right individual shall be ambitious, tenacious, have passion and enthusiasm, deliver with integrity, have high standards, whilst also accepting that team DOTTS are still in their infancy so things are not yet perfect and we need more brains and hands on deck to get us there.

We have a specific focus on Construction Plant and Rail Plant training, therefore the individual must already be of a Plant bias, either fully qualified as a Plant trainer or have a strong plant background and want to progress their career in this area (just like our Paul Pennucci did ????????). We can and will support career progression.

All trainers must be level 3 qualified as a minimum and already registered with NSAR as a trainer/assessor.

We have a strong foothold in the Midlands area, and predominantly train in this area with very little travel elsewhere, although the occasional training trip away can be expected. We are involved in a lot of diverse projects, both in Rail and Construction, which is exciting and away from the norm, so there may be days working from home or the office to assist with development of training material or plans, zoom calls with prospective clients, online attendance on working groups etc. No two days are the same #variety
