About us

Kutchenhaus was established in 2004 at Trafford Retail Park, Manchester to allow homeowners in the North West to buy the highest quality German designer kitchens, at the lowest possible price, without sacrificing quality or service. As we operate on a franchise model, our stores are individually owned and operated meaning you can be sure you will be met by a dedicated team member who will provide the service you would expect from an independent kitchen supplier whilst still having the security of working with a national brand. 17 years on, we have now expanded to over 40 showrooms, located throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Process high volumes of customer orders
  • Sending order confirmations to all franchises
  • Dealing with orders of appliance and furniture products
  • Ensure order is placed within agreed lead-times and all prices have been approved.

· Liaise with Finance if orders go on Credit block.

  • Keep Sales & Supply Chain informed of any stock issues &/or unusually large demand for planning purposes.
  • Deal professionally with customers/Franchises on the phone and via email
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
  • Deal with after sales issues, complaints alongside customer services
  • Complete goods return notes and credit requests as necessary
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying, printing

Ideal person: -

  • You will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • General all round sound IT skills
  • You will be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage your time effectively and work well under pressure
  • You will have a confident telephone manner
  • You will have a positive can do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Focused on customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail and order inputting

Experience:

You will have a minimum one year’s experience in a similar role.

Please note that this role is based in the office 5 days a week.

Salary between £19,000 & £21,000 depending on experience.
