We are currently looking to recruit 15 order pickers for our client, based in Tamworth.

You will be required to order pick products for delivery to stores and these roles may become permanent after a successful trial period.

You will work on a 5 out of 7 rota and you will have the choice of working either:

06.00 to 14.00, 09.00 to 18.00, 13.30 to 22.00, 18.00 to 02.00 or 22.00 to 06.00.

On days you will be paid 10.03 per hour rising to 11.27 per hour after 22.00.

You will also get an additional 1.50 per hour for hours worked between 06.00 and 22.00 on a Sunday.

Overtime is paid after 42 hours are worked a week, and is paid at 12.54 per hour rising to 14.09 per hour after 22.00.

On nights you will be paid 11.27 per hour rising to 13.27 per hour for hours worked between 22.00 and 06.00 Friday to Monday.

You will also get an additional 1.50 per hour for hours worked between 06.00 and 22.00 on a Sunday.

Overtime is paid after 42 hours are worked a week and is paid at 14.09 per hour.

A £250 bonus is also paid after your 6th week of service and so long as you have achieved the sites average pick rate.
