Our IES site in Oldbury is expanding, so we require multiple Operator Maintainers to operate a brand new granulation line. Working as an integral part of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in our bold commitment to transforming our business into a provider of net zero carbon sustainable materials by 2040. We aim to start interviewing in October/November 22 and start our first cohort of training in December/January 23. Suitable applicants will be invited to visit our IES site for an event where you can meet the depot manager, shift manager and L&D contact and have a full site tour. Following this, successful candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview.

What You Will Be Doing

Your first six weeks of employment will consist of training, so well ensure you are fully trained and comfortable before you are let loose on the plant.

Youll carry out basic planned and reactive maintenance; assist the maintenance team with plant issue resolution and operate the plant to ensure smooth running.

About You

If you have experience of basicmechanical and electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs with a recognised qualification to back it up (City and Guilds, NVQ 3, ONC and/or equivalent), NPORS or equivalent qualification in telehandler and fork lift truck then we want to hear from you.

If you don’t have any of the above but like the sound of the role; we also want to hear from you.
