Hours: Shift 1: Monday-Thursday 16:30-02:00 and Friday 20:00-00:00
Shift 2: Friday-Sunday 06:00-18:00
Duties:
- Co-ordinate safe Ramp operations through effective staff and resource management in order to contribute successfully to DHL operations.
- Ensure operational activities are conducted in compliance with Company and International Standards including the Health and Safety at Work Act, Aviation Security Act and GSAM/GAPS Requirements.
- Motivate, mentor and support staff at all times to develop high performing teams through active leadership and defined team and individual expectations.
- Conduct daily briefings, one-to-ones, annual appraisals and disciplinary with staff.
- Drive participation in Employee Opinion Survey and contribute to follow up actions.
- Ensure deadlines and schedules are met.
- Complete nightly reports.
- Support DHL Core operations as required.
- Identify training requirements.
- Input LRT data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Narrow and Wide-bodied aircraft handling
- CIS & EOS facilitation
