We are looking for an Operations Officer located in Brighton/ Haywards Heath. The most pertinent requirement on this role would be experience working with aged receivables and aged payables.

Place in the organisation:

The Operations Officer – Asset Services reports to the Manager – Asset Services

Purpose of the role:

To calculate and implement the end of the month reserves for Commercial Clients within the agreed SLA. To ensure the Client reconciles to ABF UK and sends all relevant Invoices and Cash

Required employment experience and skill:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Aged Receivables and Aged Payables
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good general standard of education

Department Information:

The Operations department is made up of the following teams; Collections, Operational Treasury, Data Management, and Asset Services. Operations plays an integral role in providing a variety of key support functions to front line and client facing services.

We are looking for candidates with skillsets focusing on aged Accounts Receivables and aged Accounts Payables - this is a major requirement.
