Your role

Responsible for leading the Operations Team, of a business unit, to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Factory Manager. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Sets improvements strategies for own business unit KPI’s Enhancing the group, mission, vision and value as set out in the Premier Provider Plan.

What you’ll need


  • Degree calibre or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience

  • Numerate and methodical

  • Interpersonal and communicative skills

  • Sound decision maker

  • Confidence and assertiveness

  • Report writing and presentation skills

  • Problem solver

  • Pro-active and forward thinking
