The Role

The role of Operations Manager is critical to delivering the long-term strategy of our client, you will support the business growth, to be a great company to do business with and to be a great place to work. This role will support the efficient operation of the business by providing team leadership that drives performance and ensures compliance with training and competence standards, you will also support the delivery of sales targets whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports across customer services, sales, marketing and administration
  • Ensure that team members are trained in and deliver against business standards
  • Monitoring performance on an ongoing basis to ensure sales and service standards are maintained across the agency.
  • Lead the co-ordination and supervision of business staff to ensure the consistent delivery of industry leading levels of customer service
  • Assist in developing and deliver strategically aligned sales and marketing initiatives
  • maximise cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the business including managing and directing correspondence and maintaining good customer relationships.
