Job Description

Front facing role to include elements of:
  • Building/maintaining relationships with existing and new clientele.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of both pitched/flat roof types & constructions
  • Undertake accurate site surveys/take-offs for both pitched/flat roof’s
  • Have an understanding of/ability to procure various roof systems/components
  • Prepare cost estimations/budgets/quotations
  • Schedule/manage labour force effectively
  • Liaise with various sub-contractors
  • Have technical/pragmatic input on various projects
