The Operations Coordinatoris responsible for handling all import operations. This role focusses on Sea and Air Import.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all import operations
  • Complete all relevant import documentation including customs entries
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Managing reports and providing clients with regular updates on costs, opportunities and contract performance

We would love to speak to anyone for the Operations Coordinator position who has the following experience:

  • Experience in general import
  • Experienced in start to finish import operations
  • Sound understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact at all level
  • Managing reports and providing clients with regular updates on costs, opportunities and contract performance
  • import documentation experience
  • Customs clearance documentation experience would be advantageous
  • A knowledge of air and sea freight procedures would be advantageous
