Kick ICT Group was established in 2015 by CEO Tom O’Hara, Group Sales Director Alan Turnbull and Strategic Initiatives Director David Chazan. We are IT experts and partners. We provide business applications, network infrastructure and communications solutions, services, and support to our customers throughout the UK.

The Role

BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (Hybrid working)

SALARY: Depending on skills and experience

WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

Role Description

Kick ICT Group currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Telecommunications division.

As an Operations Administrator, you will play an important role in the continued success of our business and be focused on supporting the Comms team with general administration duties and project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining internal systems
  • Preparing and issuing small quotations & contracts to clients
  • Assisting Comms team with upcoming projects
  • Provisioning – Order Network Services (Broadband, Lines, Hosted Telephony)
  • Provisioning – Liaise with suppliers to book installation/delivery of services
  • Provisioning – Liaise internally with both Service and Project Management team regarding installation/delivery to clients
  • Provisioning – Liaise with clients and provide updates on order progress/delivery

What do I need?

Previous knowledge/understanding within Telecoms environment is desirable but not essential

Previous experience within administration role/office environment

Strong administration & communication skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to work as part of a team and individually as required
