WELLINGBOROUGH (ONSITE)
Arkle Finance is a fast growing and entrepreneurial Asset Finance business. We are recruiting an Operations Administrator to assist the effective administration of all banking transactions alongside servicing all customer and broker requirements during the life of their agreements with Arkle.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service, communicating with customers and brokers by telephone and email.
- Completing all required administration including Direct Debits, change of details, and processing all banking transactions.
- Creating and fulfilling Customer Sales Ledger Statements.
- Actively involved in the End of Lease process.
- Sending relevant letters including (not limited to) arrears, default, termination EOL letters.
- Carrying out searches using various reference agencies.
- Accurately updating Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Experience in a customer service environment with proven administration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with a confident telephone manner.
- Numerate and accurate with a good eye for detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload.
- Good Excel skills.
- Knowledge of operational accounting processes in a Sales ledger environment and / or experience with Salesforce would be an advantage.
