Specialising in home improvements, 5 Star have grown from strength to strength with most new work coming from satisfied customers recommending our services. Our head office and main showroom is based in Kidderminster, but also have a showroom in Worcester and Birmingham.

We are looking for a reliable, organised, friendly and motivated individual who will provide administration support to our fast paced Operations Department and Manager/s. You will be an effective communicator, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Some of the tasks and responsibilities for the role are:

- Effectively schedule works in, communicating with clients before, during and after installation to ensure they are aware of how their project is progressing and manage expectations.

- Update all required systems to ensure a clear and transparent trail of information and data.

- Accept incoming calls received by the department and use initiative when handling clients queries.

- Debt management.
