An exciting opportunity has arisen for two professionally qualified, enthusiastic, creative and confident operational managers to join South Manchester and Trafford CMHT and EI services.

A key part of your role is the senior operational support you will provide to the teams in their day to day function. This will be through direct communication and the delivery of quality improvement projects.

The successful candidate will work proactively and collaboratively at a senior level with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development of our existing integration with neighbourhood services and partners and support of the wider community services transformation programme.

You will be supported in your own development through a robust induction process and access to range of experiences that will support your own personal developments.
