Cornwall is embarking on its three-year transformation of its core community mental health services; we are looking for someone to lead the development of the Eating Disorders and Complex Emotional Difficulties service. This makes it a refreshing & interesting time to join our adult mental health services in Cornwall, as we are focused on developing into an outstanding service. We are working towards a complete transformation of services in Cornwall in line with national plans to create integrated and collaborative health and social care systems. Our mission is to provide a safe and empowering environment steeped in a caring, culture of acceptance, curiosity, and empathy. We are building a team of highly motivated people who are keen to influence change and culture within adult mental health services in Cornwall.

This newly created post offers you the opportunity to inspire, design and implement service development and expansion in our current Eating Disorder and Complex Emotional Needs Services. It will push & encourage you to think outside and around the box in further designing & developing this service. We will support you to lead on driving forward key national changes give you the confidence to manage and lead your own service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are involved in every step of the developing service and you will form part of a Transformational Leadership Team.
