We’re looking for talented Consultants of various levels to join our Operating Model team to work collaboratively with our clients within the insurance industry to shape and deliver innovative business and technology enabled assignments.

You will join our UK Operating Model Capability, where we have an extensive track record of shaping, designing and delivering all the components of major transformational change to provide long-lasting business value across a diverse collection of the UK’s most exciting and progressive organisations.

Our Operating Model team leads some of PA’s most exciting work, delivering projects that require skills in a wide range of specialisms from strategic business operating model and organisational design, to developing technology strategies and their corresponding architectures.

What we’re looking for

• Designing how organisations work
• Designing how organisations are structured
• Analysing what an organisation’s customers/users want
• Understanding how technology can help make an organisation more effective

In this role, it is essential that you are:

• Able to support and work alongside clients to shape, define and design the delivery of solutions that address their most complex business challenges
• A logical thinker, highly skilled in analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Skilled at bringing abstract and complex concepts to life, communicating them effectively to executive-level audiences
• Confident in working independently as the day-to-day client point of contact on assignments

It would also be desirable if you are:

• Conversant in both business and technology architecture concepts
• Comfortable in the use of a wide range of standard methods and tools such as agile and change management

The travel requirements associated with this role will be determined by client need; however, more flexible working will be considered on a case by case basis and accommodated where possible.
