About The Role

Operationally responsible for all areas of the Sunbelt Spirit Energy contract ensuring that all KPIs are met in line with the contractual agreements

Inclusive Of

The upkeep and completion of regular site safety responsibilities.

Ensuring that supplied safety and communications equipment is maintained to a high standard with particular focus on the upkeep of service/training records and damage capture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full asset management of safety related onshore and offshore equipment using relevant tracking software
  • Upkeep of weekly and 6 monthly gas detection maintenance regimes complying to national traceable standards
  • Updating and maintenance of onsite asset management databases
  • Management of hire contract administration
  • Production of monthly equipment utilisation reports
  • Weekly tracking of outstanding assigned assets with daily reminders to onsite teams
  • Weekly site survey checks on safety critical in plant items
  • Completion of Operational Control Assurances helping to deliver an incident free workplace
  • Weekly site housekeeping and hazard tours documenting and reporting on any potential risk areas
  • Completion of site noise surveys
  • Assist onsite HSE advisors with SAP coordination
  • Co-ordination and scheduling of all onsite training requirements
  • Management of training databases
  • Creation of Confined Space/Working at Height rescue plans
  • Delivery of Onsite familiarisation inductions
  • Delivery of harness/EBA awareness training
  • Perform onsite face fit testing examinations to BIS standards
About You

To be successful in this role:
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook & experience of database entry
  • Experience in technical upkeep and servicing of specialist products
  • Experience in writing Confined Space Safety and Working at Height rescue plans
  • Involvement in the operational running of industrial in plant facilities
  • Involvement in the delivery of training programmes
  • Already/working toward IOSH/NEBOSH certification
  • Holder of a valid CCNSG site safety passport
  • Experience of face fit testing
  • Offshore certified
  • Knowledge of safety and communication products
  • Previous experience in the equipment rental sector
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
  • Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll take the initiative and be keen to embrace new training opportunities
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working patterns as and when needed
  • Customer focused with a keen interest in enhancing customer experience
  • Ability to think on your feet by solving problems and finding resolutions quickly
