Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become an Onsite Assistant(Associate Engagement) in Oxford, OX4 6NL. You will be working on behalf of a well-established logistics company!

Pay rate as an Onsite Assistant (Associate Engagement):£9.40 per hour

You will be working Monday to Friday onpart time afternoon hoursworking from 14:00pm until 19:00pm

Your role:

  • You will be engaging, offering support and guidance to temporary staff on site
  • Assisting the site team in the day to day tasks and creating a positive environment
  • Develop and deliver a professional and courteous service and relationship with the hiring client
  • To liaise with the hiring client to ensure that number of workers required is known and communicated in good time
  • To ensure daily and weekly completion of timesheets, payroll, KPI’s, statistics and other administration as required
  • To perform production duties if required and support the client by being proactive in helping especially during challenging periods
  • Other Onsite Assistant (Associate Engagement) may be required

Our ideal candidate:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Google IT skills
  • Good customer service, organisational and planning skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, positive and friendly nature
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving both client and worker issues

As an Onsite Assistant (Associate Engagement), we are looking for a strong team player who is flexible in their approach to the working hours and demands of a well-established logistics supplier to meet the client requirements. You must be able to work under pressure to tight timescale whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable "can do’’ attitude to succeed.
