We are a small family run and owned furniture business looking for someone to assist our sales manager in their work. The right candidate will:

  • Demonstrate an excellent grasp of the English language and numeracy skills
  • Be internet-savvy, competent, confident and efficient at using computers to do whatever you need to do, including learning to use new programs or services that you haven’t used before
  • Ideally have some real-world experience in retail
  • Enjoy working on a variety of different and interesting tasks

Duties will include:

  • Adding products to our own website and other online marketplaces
  • Answering customers queries and talking to customers
  • Assisting our sales manager in other duties as and when needed

This position is in-person only, not remote. Our new Chorley showroom is due to open towards the end of September/Early October, prior to that you will be based at our current showroom in Clitheroe.
Initial pay is £10.40 per hour for the probationary period, rising to £12‐14 depending on the results we see from your work. The job will be part time: 10am-5pm Monday, Friday & Saturday every week with the potential to become full time after we open in Chorley, if you wish.
