Job Description
-Your role will be to work alongside the OneSAP and Oracle Supply Chain Management project team to ensure key milestones from De Beers Diamond Jewellers are met in conjunction with other business entities.

Primarily working alongside the One SAP Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support with the supply chain elements of the project to deliver a seamless transition from into OneSAP S4 Hanna environment.

This position is a great opportunity for profiles who wish to work on a business transformational project.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with master data collection from third parties liaising with operational teams to ensure correct data is being retrieved.
• Manipulate validated into a suitable format to ensure it can be loaded via relevant imports into SAP system.
• Produce data import maps for the creation of the new data within target systems.
• Work closely with third party project teams to conduct system integration testing.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and be main point of contact for the operational teams.
• Working with One SAP Supply Chain Co-ordinator to convert operational data (inventory, production orders and purchase orders) ready for system cut overs.
• Requires extremely strong Excel skills and understanding of jewellery and manufacturing of jewellery. SAP experience would be preferred.

Working Experience & Education Requirements

• Preferably worked within a supply chain environment for a factory, full service supplier, brand or retailer for a period of time to become experienced in the production processes
• Preferable with experience working in Jewellery industry

Professional qualification

• Degree qualified or equivalent

Foreign language Skills

• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and to resolve technical queries

Computer skills

• Microsoft office general capabilities
• Excellent excel skills essential
• SAP Supply Chain Module knowledge preferable but not essential.
