ASD One to One Teaching Assistant Needed!

A Brilliant Special needs school based in Monmouthshire is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a one to one basis with a child in Reception, working with challenging behaviour.

An important task is to work with students who would need the extra care and support with their education and life skills.

The role will be long term for the right Teaching assistant and has been guarenteed to roll into 2023.

Key Skills And Competencies For The Role
  • 6 months experience working within an SEN setting and/or care setting.
  • Efficient with dealing with challenging behaviour and outbursts.
  • A calm, caring and patient persona.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
