Working within a small, focused Programme team, the post holder will provide

project management support to the Senior Programme Manager, including support

to a range of transformational change programmes and projects from project

initiation, through to the full benefits realisation and ’lessons learned’ stage.

A key function of the role will be to provide oversight and support to the programme
  • of work, offering knowledge and experience in areas such as business intelligence,
  • project and programme management, analytics and transformational change
  • processes.
The post-holder will be required to advise and design appropriate reporting

mechanisms for the transformation programmes, both internally and externally.

Reporting to the One Halton Senior Programme Manager, the postholder will
  • coordinate project activity across stakeholder organisations committed to
  • delivering integrated care in Halton.

  • We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced project manager, with
  • demonstrable experience of delivering results in complex public sector collaborations
  • to achieve sustainable change.
  • NHS Equivalent AFC Band 8a: £47,126 to £53,219

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen in Halton to be at the heart of the emerging One
  • Halton Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)., *Secondees will continue to be employed by their current employer and retain their
  • existing terms and conditions of service with no financial detriment. Where the
  • secondment is to a post that is of a higher grade or different contracted hours, the
  • hours and grade of that post will take preference and salary will be adjusted
  • accordingly. All other conditions of employment (e.g. sick leave, annual leave,
  • employment policies, etc) will remain the same as the substantive contract.
