Onboarding Team Leader

Salary: Up to £28k p/a dependent on experience

Hybrid working


Job Role:
Medica are looking to recruit a strong team leader to join the onboarding team. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 and the process for onboarding our Radiologists, Radiographers, and other medical professionals across the globe. As a team leader you will be responsible for our medical professionals having a smooth process and maintaining their engagement while they are going through the onboarding service.

As an Onboarding Team Leader your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Engagement and management of medical professionals through the onboarding process with regular updates and clarity to foster a positive experience.
  • Responsible for the management, development, and adherence to onboarding processes and documentation, including their continual improvement.
  • Pro-actively driving the coordination and any issue resolution of activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all administrative duties associated with the onboarding process e.g. right to work checks, mandatory training, insurance checks, contract preparation, etc.
  • Maintaining the CRM to ensure information is readily available with accurate data and consistently entered across the team.
  • Publishing and developing monthly reports and statistical analysis of Onboarding KPI’s and performance metrics to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Completing one-to-ones, appraisals, and appropriate coaching with your team to support their development and wellbeing.
  • Actively engage and represent Onboarding in any projects taking accountability for all decisions and communication relevant to Onboarding.
