Our onboarding function is growing and we’re currently recruiting for a HR Onboarding Specialist to join our existing team of onboarders, reporting into our Onboarding Team Manager. This role will entail providing a first-class candidate experience for new employees.

Job Responsibilities

In this exciting HR Onboarding Specialist role, you’ll play a pivotal role in the onboarding process for new starters into our organisation. You’ll engage with new employees as they embark on their initial first steps into our business, guiding them through their onboarding activities. This will involve raising new contracts of employment, conducting pre-employment checks and maintaining accurate employee records through our in-house systems. You’ll also provide stakeholder management across the wider resourcing teams and identify opportunities for process improvements.

What do we need from you?

A confident, proactive and customer focused individual with strong attention to detail. You’ll be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. This role will require a strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also possess good IT skills, particularly with Word and Excel. This role will suit an aspiring HR Administrator/Assistant who is looking to develop a career within a large-scale organisation. Previous onboarding experience is desirable.
