You’ll build and oversee a network of cloud kitchens and offsite facilities, optimising our food production capacity. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and define the optimal offsite production models for profitable regional growth, aligning with segment and regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create roadmaps for deploying these models successfully.
  • Enhance existing offsite production models and become the regional subject matter expert.
  • Implement large-scale, profitable offsite production strategies to support a pan-regional approach.
  • Work closely with segment and service operation stakeholders to ensure successful model deployment and alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and provide clear leadership.
  • Strategise for scalable, safe, and profitable offsite food production facilities across the UK&I, including developing business cases for investment.

What You Bring

  • Experience in food manufacturing, preferably in chilled production of ready-to-use products.
  • Proven track record of building and developing offsite production capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and advocate for beneficial change.
  • Significant project management experience.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and auditing programs (e.g., BRC, PIU).
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects, equipment installations, and ramp-up.
  • Knowledge of produce preparation equipment and processes, including MAP, Hot Fill, Sous Vide, and the technical engineering of recipes.
  • Familiarity with supply chain functions within manufacturing, including demand and capacity planning.
  • Competence in setting up standard processes and outlining operational strategies and investment plans, including ROI calculations.
