Responsibilities

  • Manage Wind Turbine Grout projects from business acquisition and legal teams / post-contract kick-off to completion
  • Support the GPDM in negotiations and in broadening logistics solutions and concepts for future projects
  • Be responsible for the continuous reporting on process adherence in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements (lessons learned) and opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive improvements
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks along the entire supply chain
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and training concepts to enable successful implementation
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new stakeholders and clients with production site post deal close, ensuring timely delivery solutions that meet and exceed client expectations

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, passed commercial training focusing either on business or logistics, or offshore industry relevant university education
  • Project management experience, ideally in offshore business and global corporate environment
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgment in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and build sustainable internal and external business relationships
  • Work effectively under pressure, search continuously for new and creative ideas and drive decision-making to a successful implementation
  • Highly process-oriented, an affinity for logistics and a high level of customer orientation
  • Identify the needs and requirements of customers and partners, and Strong networking skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP in the context of a large multinational organization is required
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (to client, stakeholders, and work sites)
