Office Manager: (SOC 4161):
Reports to: General Manager

Job description:

Manage and organize hotel files, documents, and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and team members.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Management and executive team.
Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executives and assist in onboarding new employees and support HR in maintaining employee records.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.

Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support career development.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in office management, executive support, and human resources management.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
A degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

At least 2 years in a similar role (preferred)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hrs a week on a rota basis with possible weekend work at times

Salary: £26,500 to -£28,000 per year depending on interview outcome
