Job Description

Purpose:

A profitable and stable family business requires a new Office Manager to run general office procedures to ensure processes in the office flow efficiently. Undertakes bookkeeping on Sageup to Trial Balance

Bookkeeping tasks include

Sales Ledger

Purchase Ledger

Bank

VAT

Office Management tasks include
  • Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
Answer general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Contact suppliers
  • Manages Health and Safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Provide administrative support for the directors as needed
  • Lot of adhoc tasks
The Candidate for Office Manager
  • Competent Sageuser
  • Prior Office Management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Professional telephone manner
