Pay Rate - £30000 to £32000 per annum

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Term - Permanent

Job Overview

This position of Office Manager, is reporting to the Managing Director will work closely with the Commercial, Production, Accounting, and HR functions as part of the UK management team. In the role you will be expected to develop a close working relationship with customers, suppliers and logistics providers in the UK and overseas. Occasional foreign travel is likely.

Job Role
  • Provide daily management of the sales order book and ensure customers are alerted in good time regarding their deliveries
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed effectively from order receipt to shipment
  • Develop best practice logistics scheduling and transport systems to meet on-time in full (OTIF) delivery performance >95%
  • Ensure finished goods stock is available on a daily basis to meet scheduled collection or despatch times as advised
  • Monitor actual delivery dates versus planned delivery and highlight any issues
  • Track and report on hourly paid employees time & attendance
  • Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety Regulations controlling PPE paperwork for issuing equipment to employees
  • Supporting management decision-making, through the provision of relevant, targeted information, analysis and advice
  • Assisting with Financial Year End and Annual Audit
