We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team at NFA Scotland. We want someone who places a focus on the positive outcomes of our children and young people.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Office Manager with excellent organisational skills join our busy fostering team based at NFAS Grangemouth Office. This is a demanding role and you will need to be experienced within a professional and fast paced office management role and be able to demonstrate your multi-tasking and decision-making skills.

You will be required to supervise the administration team and ensure we meet our regulatory requirements in terms of the Fostering Regulations and Standards. You will be responsible for ensuring our meetings are well organised, accurately minuted and that the necessary actions are followed up in a timely manner. You will ensure the smooth running - from opening and closing the office, welcoming our stakeholders to the office, dealing with all of our customers and carers and ensuring all administration activities are covered accurately within your team.


Essential Criteria:

You must have good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving as well as being a competent user of Ms Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and databases and be able to coordinate and review the Panel and Review function.
