This is an exciting role which requires experience in delivering effective control of field operational teams whilst supporting contract management and administration functions for our busy LS7 based office.
This role will focus on the support and smooth running of our Office for both Employees and Clients.
Duties include.
- Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Collecting and collation of paperwork from external field operatives following completion of jobs
- Management of multiple email inboxes
- Updating of client portals and information sharing
- Input incoming orders onto the internal database & logging of information.
- Handling of post (inbound and outbound)
- Data entry
- Maintaining stock inventory of office supplies
- Providing admin support to the management team
- Answer telephone calls from both customers & site staff, redirecting as appropriate.
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
- Assisting with the onboarding of new starters
- Completing office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling deliveries, and organising communal areas and equipment
Skills Required
- Great Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Good Attention to Detail
- Be very organised, can multitask and work well under pressure.
- A Proactive approach
- Interpersonal Skills (easily interact with a range of employees, clients, and contractors across all levels of seniority)
- Proficient knowledge in the use of common computer applications and software such as programs within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance their workload.
- Background in Office administration is essential

Hours of Work are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 per year
