Full time permanent position 34.5 hours per week.
We have a vacancy in our small but busy office for a full time Office Assistant. This is a varied role with main duties including customer service (answering phone calls, replying to emails, taking bookings), general administration duties (updating hotels, issuing travel documents) as well as assisting other staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, good telephone manner, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, able to follow instructions and be able to work independently. A driving licence is preferred as driving duties may be available.
This is a full-time position Monday 8.30am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.

- Goole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
