IncTablet - Admin Personnel required

This job will be based at our ecommerce site

Pay rate:£8.50 - £9.00

Shifts; Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 5pm,

Type of Employment: permanent

Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Using IncTablet Dashboard to maintain Marginal Vat accounts
  • Book keeping - adding customers to dashboard ready for Vat submission
  • Dealing with receipts and updating documents
  • Pulling in and managing invoices
  • Organising all supplier invoices
  • Eventually completing our offsetting of Vat
  • Raising all expenditure and reformatting in into accounts with invoices
  • Responsible for answering incoming/inbound calls from Online/client customers and prospects providing product information, account opening services, general enquires as well as account maintenance
  • Dealing with inboxes and making sure enquires are solved quickly and properly with customer satisfaction.
  • Dealing with eBay accounts, our website accounts, irish accounts, inside tech repairs, and other online platforms we use
  • Communicates professionally and regularly with leadership and peers on status of returns, warranty and general enquires.
  • Pro-actively identifies any new issues, on going issues and monitors warranty’s and call backs
  • Participates in projects to drive operational excellence

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries (Not immediately)
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
