Conrad Connect is pleased to be working with one of our key clients as they recruit an Office Administrator in their Hereford Office.

Our client is looking for somebody with an eye for design, an interest in creating quality content and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities -Office Administrator

  • Supporting Architects with their administration needs
  • Creating, editing and formatting visual documents
  • Preparing & sending invoices
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • Collating project data
  • Setting up & monitoring projects via the CRM
  • Drafting letters


Key Skills & Experience - Office Administrator

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support position
  • Excellent written English and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Practical experience of desktop publishing software, such as InDesign and Photoshop
  • Ability to work flexibly and unsupervised in a professional manner


On offer is a salary between £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, commensurate on experience
