Boden Group provide general facilities maintenance, fire and security systems maintenance and construction project work for Ministry of Defence sites and the commercial sector within the South West.


As part of the group’s continual development a new opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to support functions from their operations office in Tiverton.

The Administrator will report to the Works Co-Ordinator, their purpose is to support them in their role, using in house systems and Microsoft office you will be responsible, but not limited to;


  • Receive & log work sheets from the all the sites
  • Review company training log
  • Send reminders to site teams for expired training or soon to expire
  • Ensure authorised booking forms are in place, and training agreements where applicable
  • Raise purchase orders to training providers
  • Update the notes with latest training information
  • Upload certificates
  • Update the system with the latest Covid restrictions for each site
  • First Aid kit inspections
  • Monthly check of first aid kits
  • Re-order any missing or out of date items
  • Create a stationary list and order monthly requirements
  • Review aged purchase orders against job packs on system
  • Provide cover for Works Co-Ordinator


The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a supporting admin role

You will be proficient in Microsoft office

You will have a good telephone manner

You will have an excellent attention to detail

You will have excellent organisation skills
