Northrop Grumman Chester provides maintenance support for an aircraft protection system working closely with the Ministry of Defence, the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy.
The Office Administrator is key to our success providing administrative support to the in-house Operations Management, external Northrop Grumman Executive and our US Program Management Team.

    • Administration of Purchase Requests and Invoice Processing
  • Security
    • Visitor Administration
    • Administration of Site Security Access Keys
    • Administer the weekly call out list
  • General Office Administration
    • Facility telephone initial point of contact
    • Stationery/Office Supplies
    • Support and Co-ordination for Meetings and Events
    • Diary Management
    • Archive Filing
    • Preparation and Control of Facility Sign in Sheets
    • Maintain accurate business records for future reference, audit and compliance
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Operations Management SCM Support
    • Administration of SCM Records and File
  • Environmental Health and Safety
    • First Aider
    • Fire Marshall
Essential experience:
  • Act with integrity as a guiding principle.
  • This is a multi-disciplined role and you will either have similar work experience or can demonstrate ambition and enthusiasm to learn and meet the requirements.
