Part-time Office Administrator - Barnham, Bognor Regis

Salary £23’500 pro-rata depending on experience

Flexible working hours, up to 25 hours per week

We are award winning and recognised as one of the industry leaders in automotive repairs. Our headquarters are near Chichester and we have a growing number of repair centres nationwide.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to support a rapidly growing business. You will be managing, owning and entirely responsible for the recruitment process, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make this area their own!

This role would suit a candidate with experience in HR/recruiting but this is not essential. We are simply looking for an energetic & passionate person to recruit and onboard in line with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the entire 360 recruitment process, including advertising, on-boarding, distribution of required ‘starter packs’.

- Advertising vacancies.

- Screening candidates and matching them to roles.

- Assist all hiring managers with the recruitment of their vacant positions.

- Carry out pre-requisite phone calls.

- Co-ordinate and arrange all candidate interviews and attend them when required.

- Complete all administrative documentation and filing for the entire recruitment process.

- Concise & accurate feedback on current open vacancies to the management team.

- Giving precise deadlines on advertised roles for completion.

You will be busy, but have a real opportunity to shape this role.

Key requirements for the role:

- You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with outstanding organisational and time management skills.

- Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.

- Passionate about recruiting and finding talent to fit the right roles.

- Proficient in all MS Office software.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Able to complete work to a high standard within a given timeframe.

- A flexible approach and the ability to think ahead and ensure a seamless service.

Annual salary package£23’500 pro-rata depending on experience

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
