SJB Consulting UK are looking for apart time office administrator / resourcer to join our expanding team in Hedge End. We are a professional Transport & Logistics specialist recruiter that has worked relentlessly to establish and work with some of the biggest names in the business over the last 10 years. Success has come with hard work commitment and an understanding of our clients and competition and working smart not long hours! If you are passionate about communication, organisation and being a team player then this position could be for you. The role will include: Assisting in weekly payroll Sending out client documents Licence & qualification checking Inputting all adverts onto job boards and social media Issuing P45’s and sending new starters to head office Candidate Reference checking Client Lead generation Resourcing Clients and Candidates Database management Keeping up to date with legislation & driver’s hours Liaising with clients and candidates Reporting to the Senior Management Team and completing any ad-hoc duties upon request, At SJB we believe it’s not all about the target’s numbers and KPI’s it’s more about engaging with our driver’s and clients offering quality commitment and longevity whilst developing a long-term relationship.
