An office in Pershore are searching for a Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis. The company themselves focus on processing and distributing their particular products.The working hours are a rotating shifts working the shifts below:
- 07:00 – 15:30
- 08:00 – 16:30
- 09:00 – 17:30
- Answering queries via email and over the phone is a professional manner to project professional and friendly image to customers and suppliers.
- Inputting orders onto computer systems such as Excel and Sage Line 200.
- Arrange transport to ensure deliveries are made as per the customer request.
- Raising sales invoices ensuring prices and delivery charges are correctly applied.
- Ordering stock and stationary when needed and maintained.
- Other general administration duties.
- Previous experience in Sales Administration will be essential.
- Previous experience using Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Sage Line 200.
- Effective planning and organisation will be essential.
- Effective communication skills will be beneficial.
- Previous experience dealing with customer invoices will be essential.
