An office in Pershore are searching for a Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis. The company themselves focus on processing and distributing their particular products.

The working hours are a rotating shifts working the shifts below:
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 08:00 – 16:30
  • 09:00 – 17:30
The day to day responsibilities of a Office Administrator will be:
  • Answering queries via email and over the phone is a professional manner to project professional and friendly image to customers and suppliers.
  • Inputting orders onto computer systems such as Excel and Sage Line 200.
  • Arrange transport to ensure deliveries are made as per the customer request.
  • Raising sales invoices ensuring prices and delivery charges are correctly applied.
  • Ordering stock and stationary when needed and maintained.
  • Other general administration duties.

The Requirements For a Office Administrator Will Be
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration will be essential.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Sage Line 200.
  • Effective planning and organisation will be essential.
  • Effective communication skills will be beneficial.
  • Previous experience dealing with customer invoices will be essential.
This role is on a temporary – permanent basis being paid between £9.74 - £11.28 per hour with the potential of a permanent contract being offered to successful candidates after the completion of a 12 week period.
