RF Media & Publishing Ltd, are the North’s leading print and digital media outlet, printing the Asian Standard Newspaper and producing online video and news content for Asian Sunday Online.

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to work from our office in Bradford as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a talent for multitasking, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with small businesses in the past. The successful candidate will also have extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and email, as well as strong customer service skills and an understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The ideal candidate will also be hands-on and be able to problem solve, as our front desk who will be taking incoming enquiries.

You will be confident and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role is initially part time 25 hours a week, working Mon - Fri 930 - 3pm, with half an hour for lunch. However, will consider full time for the ideal candidate.
