Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage consultants pipeline

· Add new prospects to CRM

· Manage introductions to new clients and introducers

· Update client cases on CRM and submit to drafting

· Email client documentation for approval

· Communicate with clients with regards to approving documentation and posting signed documents back to head office and checked prior to being stored

· Manage attestation with clients for Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorneys

· Manage client submissions to third party organisations such as Land Registry, Office of The Public Guardian, Conveyancers and Probate Office in a compliant manner

· Setup storage of Wills

· Manage post (incoming and outgoing) and directing any mail to relevant person

· Creating MI on sales performance

· Manage and work on CRM on regular basis to its full potential

· Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

· Support business in other areas such as probate administration and trusteeship

· Represent company at networking events and meetings and manage corporate memberships

· Work and support staff and Directors on projects

· Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes etc.

· Sitting Customer appointments if this becomes an aspiration

· Key skills and experience:

· Minimum of 2 years office administrative Experience required

· Strong Attention to Detail.

· Ability to Work Without Supervision.

· Excellent Time Management Skills.

· Strong Prioritisation, deadlines, and Organisation Skills

· Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming clients and guests

· Ability to Handle Confidential Information.

· Strong Record Keeping Skills
