We require office staff to work a 12 hour shift, on a 4 on 4 off basis to support our engineers on an identical shift pattern. To work within a team to accept and deploy heating, electrical and plumbing jobs to our team of engineers using bespoke IT system. Knowledge of route planning and UK areas is a benefit in deploying and route planning. Answering phone calls, emails, dealing with queries, information extraction and good I.T skills are essential.

Salary: From £20,900.00 per year depending on experience
