Office Administrator Andover Permanent Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00,Friday 08.30-16.00 Salary Range: £27,500, rising to £28,445 after a three-month trial period. We are working with our Andover based client who is looking for a motivated individual to join their excellent team of administrators, responsible for the company’s sales order administration and logistics processes. The role:-Sales and order administration processes,
  • managing initial enquiries,
  • obtaining and issuing quotations in multiple currencies,
  • entering customer orders and communicating the respective information to our employees and business partners
  • You will occasionally be required to assist in the small stockroom with the various logistics tasks, including checking incoming deliveries using our stock control system, packing and dispatch of goods, plus arranging couriers and customs documentation. You will
  • Have outstanding numeracy skills,
  • Be a good communicator,
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be conscientious and have great attention to detail,
  • Have previous experience of Sales and order administration
  • Experience of associated accounting software.
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience of SAP, Microsoft Outlook & Teams would be an advantage. Essential Qualifications: Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English. Skills:
  • Must be numerate and literate.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Able to organise and prioritise workload and undertake problem solving.
